Howard and LaRhonda Johnson are certified, relationship coaches. Married since January 1999. Their marriage has experienced a lack of trust and honesty, infidelity, poor communication, past hurt in other relationships, self-care, and relationship maintenance. Through trial and error, therapy, hard work, and determination; their marriage matured and thrived with time. With their transparency and experience, they began transforming the lives of couples and individuals.

HL Coaching LLC officially became a business in 2019, providing 8-week coaching programs for couples, individual men, and women. The programs teach and provide tools for building and maintaining healthy relationships.
